Balancing a “Wellness Focused” Life

Presenter: Brenda Luntzel Think of your life as a pie that is often sliced unevenly. The priorities of your life change over time, by your age, situations, things beyond your control, or decisions you make, good and bad. This program is focused on the pieces of the “wellness” pie and the 7 dimensions of wellness. There will be fun physical and mental activities and discussions on how we can balance the slicing of your pie of life!
