Easy foods to preserve and make for gifts

Presenter: Evelyn Brookhyser       Evelyn, OSU Extension Home Economist, emeritus, will prepare members to be involved in making their own quart jar of sauerkraut and learn about the techniques and safe practices of home preserved foods. She will also share ideas for making homemade kitchen gifts for friends. Tasting of some of the products will be included.
